“As a development organization, we are always ready to support initiatives that empower youth and contribute to the SDGs.”

Mr. Ivo emphasized that key stakeholders in advancing education include:
➡️ School administration
➡️ Government departments in charge of education
➡️ External partners working with the government to build relevant and practical curricula.

“No stakeholder can do it alone. We must collaborate.”

He noted that UNDP has multiple platforms and initiatives focused on youth leadership, social innovation, and SDG implementation, but many people lack awareness of these opportunities.
He expressed his willingness to share more information with schools and community-based actors to bridge that gap.

Mr. Ivo’s message was loud and clear:

Mme Doris stressed the urgency of providing 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, especially those out of school due to displacement, poverty, or gender-based challenges. She highlighted that 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀—𝗖𝗦𝗢𝘀, 𝗰𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Through Royalty World, she champions community libraries, digital learning spaces, and vocational training centres, where girls are trained in menstrual hygiene and income-generating skills.

She emphasized that 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗮𝗽𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. She called for safe spaces for children, youth-led innovation, and mentorship models that don’t wait for perfection before empowering youth.

During the Student Leadership for Nation-Building (STULNAB) Conference, Mr. Emmanuel Fuhbingum shared key insights into how 𝙐𝙉𝙄𝘾𝙀𝙁 𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, especially within crisis-affected communities.
