From the moment he took the stage, it was clear that Tiku Wisdom was not just presenting, he was living his message. His enthusiasm was infectious, his passion undeniable, and his energy lit up the entire room. Every word he spoke carried the weight of someone who has not just dreamed of change, but has rolled up his sleeves and built it.

About Mr. Wisdom:

He is an Environmental Innovator and Geospatial Analysis expert from the South-West Region of Cameroon, and an MSc Geography candidate at the University of Buea, specializing in Environmental Planning & Sustainability.
As the leader of the 2021 Cyber Crime Initiative Development and Sustainable Water Management Program in Buea, he demonstrated early on that he is a man of action, someone who identifies problems and builds structured, lasting solutions around them.

He is deeply committed to leveraging innovation, leadership, and advocacy to drive a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable future, not just for Cameroon, but for generations to come. 🇨🇲✨
His solutions were not theoretical, they were grounded in real impact, born from years of hands-on community engagement and innovation. The judges and participants alike could feel the authenticity behind every idea he shared. When passion meets purpose, it shows.

Meet Our Regional Winner, West Region - Mr. Tchouankep Derulexe👑

Some people talk about the future, Derulexe is already building it.
From the moment he presented, it was impossible not to feel the energy of someone on a mission. His enthusiasm was electric, his confidence commanding, and his ideas? Nothing short of visionary. Here is a young man who does not wait for the world to change, he picks up his tools and engineers the change himself.

About Mr. Derulexe:
He is a technopreneur and senior technician in electrical engineering, burning with a bold and unapologetic vision, an Africa that manufactures.
His environmentally-focused innovations have already earned recognition and validation from some of the world's most prestigious institutions, including UNESCO and BNU, Beijing Normal University. 🏅 That is not just achievement, that is global proof of concept.
He is the proud founder of ECOPRINTLAB, a groundbreaking startup that transforms plastic waste into technological raw material for 3D printing, turning one of the world's biggest environmental problems into a powerful manufacturing solution. Circular economy in action. ♻️
But he didn't stop there. Derulexe also develops:
Ad.line AI: A physical artificial intelligence system designed specifically to tackle the infrastructural challenges unique to the Cameroonian context, proving that AI solutions must be built for the people they serve.
AGriCare: A forward-thinking project dedicated to the modernization and protection of Cameroon's agricultural sector, ensuring that innovation reaches the fields and the farmers who feed us.

From Judge Rike Isabelle’s inspiring introduction about SEM’s mission, to Eng. Njita Arnaud’s practical pitch structure guide, Sen. John Mukoko’s motivational talk, and Eng. Rike Larisa’s clear breakdown of the judging criteria…participants were not only empowered but deeply engaged.
The atmosphere was indeed electric:

• Participants left super happy with the judges’ insightful presentations
• Networking moments sparked new collaborations
• Learning from fellow contestants created bonds and shared growth.

The pitch presentations were full of creativity and passion, proving that youth are truly the drivers of change.

Clinton’s passion and fire for youth-driven change shone through his presentation. His charisma, confidence, and determination were evident in the way he carried his ideas, proving that resilience and vision always stand out. 🌍✨

About Mr. Clinton:
“Aseh Clinton Gobti, is a Health Care student from the Faculty of Health Science, University of Bamenda (3rd year), from the Northwest Region of Cameroon. He’s a youth leader, totally purpose-driven, with over 2 years of volunteerism experience. He also shines as an SDG 13 Advocate with no reservations, his love for a peaceful environment is beyond measure.

His curiosity about environmental challenges earned him two global certificates on Climate and the Environment at the Oxford School of Climate Change and YOUNGO E-SERIES. For leadership, his quest to fully understand it made me an Alumni of the Aspire Leaders Program Cohort 1, 2026.

Clinton has occupied great leadership positions, including Socio-Cultural Coordinator UBANAMSA 2024 and HSO UBa Red Cross 2025/2026, serving actively. His cognitive abilities, confidence, communication skills, team engagement, empathy, dedication, and consistency can’t be overemphasized.”
