Their enthusiasm was inspiring as they witnessed firsthand the connection between effective branding and tangible business expansion. The goal is to extend this training to more women in the community who may need the skills to elevate their own ventures.

At Royalty World, we remain committed to equipping female heads of households with practical skills that foster growth.

Inclusive dialogue between mothers and daughters is crucial for addressing pressing issues like child, early and forced marriages and unions. As we celebrated the "International Day of the Girl Child", it became clear that many mothers in our communities have faced these challenges, making such discussions essential for driving meaningful change. By promoting awareness of holistic education, we can help mitigate the vulnerabilities that arise.

Ms. Doris Ngum, Executive Director of Royalty World, emphasized that education is the most powerful tool for empowering girls and fostering positive change. She encouraged mothers to strengthen their relationships with their daughters, nurture positivity, and prioritize education for a brighter future. At Royalty World, we are dedicated to these values, ensuring every child has access to quality education and holistic development through our Career Parenting Programme. Together, we can make a lasting impact!

In the vibrant Bolifamba community, we have a mission to unlock the economic potential of women. Our trainings equip these women with the knowledge, skills, and a business mindset needed to become successful entrepreneurs. At the heart of our initiative is a commitment to foster a culture of prayer, cultivate a business-oriented mindset, and empower women to start or scale up their business initiatives.Today's training inspired and empowered the women, guiding them to break through barriers and embrace new opportunities by setting strategic goals and developing essential bookkeeping and savings skills. In the Bolifamba community, a cross-section of women still face difficulties due to limited access to quality education, skills, and training. This has prevented them from economic opportunities, leaving many trapped in poverty and dependence, hindering their personal and professional growth. To address these issues, Royalty World's Business Breakfast initiative takes a comprehensive and inclusive approach. Through prayers, worship, and practical guidance, the programme aims to inspire a business mindset in women, breaking their limitations and equipping them with valuable knowledge and skills to start and manage their own businesses.

Join our Business Breakfast on July 8th, 2024, as we explore goal setting, business development, and bookkeeping – transforming communities, one business at a time.

Honouring Mado's Resilience

This Labour Day, we celebrate Mado, a community member who is overcoming hardship to support her family. After her husband passed away, Mado cared for 10 people through small-scale farming.

Through our Bolifamba Economic Empowerment Project, funded by Dr. Moma Cletus, we equipped Mado with chicks, feed, and medication to start a poultry business.

Mado's dedication turned the chicks into adult chickens, generating income through sales at the local market. This newfound income, combined with her farm earnings, empowered her to provide for her family and save for the future.

Mado's journey exemplifies the power of resilience and hard work. She is an inspiration to us all!

In the crisis-hit Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon, the significant loss of lives and disruptions have had a devastating impact on rural communities. This has left many families broken and vulnerable, leading to an increase in gender-based violence and child protection concerns. However, in these challenging circumstances, women and mothers have taken on the responsibility of leading and protecting their families in the absence of fathers or male providers.

In celebration of this year's Labour Day with the theme "Constructive social dialogue vector of decent Work and Social Progress" we commemorate the resilience and hardwork of Grace, a beneficiary of the Royalty Economic Empowerment programme (REEP). After the tragic loss of her husband, Grace joined REEP to seek support. She had incurred significant debts from her husband's medical expenses and funeral costs, and her situation was worsened by her late husband's family seizing their farmland. Despite these challenges, Grace turned to her tailoring trade and actively looked for opportunities to expand her business.

Through the Bolifamba Economic Empowerment Project (BEEP) Phase 3, funded by Dr. Moma Cletus, Grace was identified as a beneficiary. She received capital to establish a tailoring shop, leveraging her expertise in the trade. With her new workshop, Grace has been able to attract more clients and generate enough income to support her family, reduce her debts, and improve her business.

Many thanks to Royalty World, Grace has also established a daily savings account to track her progress and plan for the future.
