A Buea based Activist, Ndape Sally has been provisionally detained at the Legion ( Gendarmerie) following complaints filed at least 7 different complainants, CNA understands.
Ndape is being accused of bullying online, harassment among others.
A CNA reporter who spoke to Sally wanted to find out how she was arrested.
She stated that she had not been arrested, but rather that she had gone to the station of her own accord, at which point she was detained.
She explained that "Colegion" (or the Legion) was accusing her of failing to honor summons issued against her, though she maintained that she had never actually seen any such documents.
According to her, she only became aware of the situation when a friend at the State Counsel contacted her to report that the Legion had brought forward a summons and was demanding that the legal department issue a warrant for her arrest.
She noted that she had been advised to go there personally to clear her name. However, she claimed that when she arrived to resolve the matter, she was simply taken into custody.
However, the lawyer to the appellants stated that she was served two summons and she refused to take them.
"She is confusing the kind of human rights she works on as clearly shown posts have proven the contrary as she is a cyber bully and has successfully used her connections to deviate other cases" one of the appellants told CNA.

CNA learned that the Vice President of the Bar General Assembly, an Influencer called Jesus Girl, a humanitarian among others have complained that Sally has been constantly bullying them online.
CNA has gotten hold of several posts and status updates, where Sally regretted in one of her status of not owing a gv.n, else she would have sca.ttered someone's skvll.
