🌿 Every woman belongs at the peace table. Every woman.

This week, Hunger Relief Sheroes (HURES) held a capacity building training in Bamenda II Subdivision and we made sure that no woman was left out.

Women and girls living with disabilities, alongside women from faith communities, came together to be trained on their role in peace building processes under UN Security Council Resolution 1325 , the landmark international framework that recognises women as essential architects of peace.

Because peace built without women is not peace at all. 💚

These incredible women showed up. They learned. They led. And they reminded us why HURES exists : to ensure that every woman, regardless of ability, faith, or background, has a seat at the table where decisions about her community are made.

To every woman who joined us , you are not just a participant. You are a peace builder. You are a Hunger Relief Shero. 🌟
