VIVAA – Capacity Building & Human Development Packages
Enhancing Institutional Efficiency, Safety, Professionalism, and Human Dignity

VIVA Association (VIVAA) offers comprehensive capacity-building services designed to strengthen the systems, competencies, and organizational culture of institutions such as schools, hospitals, faith-based organizations, profits, non-profits, public and private companies. These packages are rooted in VIVAA’s core values of human dignity, accountability, professionalism, learning, innovation, and inclusive human development.

VIVAA’s Human Development and Institutional Strengthening Program provides the following capacity-building packages:

1. Safeguarding & Child Protection Package
(Includes Policy Review, Development, and Training)
This package improves institutional compliance, safety standards, and ethical governance.

2. Communication Training Package
(Internal, External, and Crisis Communication)
This package ensures organizations communicate consistently and effectively across all levels.

3. Leadership Development Package
(Transformational, Ethical, and Inclusive Leadership)
The package helps institutions cultivate strong, responsible, and forward-thinking leaders.

4. Feedback, Complaint & Response Mechanism (FCRM) Package
(Accountability, Confidentiality, and Responsiveness)
This package ensures institutions respond to concerns effectively while maintaining dignity and confidentiality.

5. Professionalism & Work Ethics Package
(Culture, Accountability, and Competence)
This package promotes a workplace culture grounded in integrity, respect, and responsibility.

6. Trauma Healing & Mental Health at the Workplace Package
(Well-being, Emotional Intelligence & Resilience, and Psycho-social Support)
This package strengthens staff well-being, productivity, and institutional harmony.

Conclusion
Through these six capacity-building packages, VIVAA helps institutions build safe, efficient, ethical, inclusive, and high-performing environments. Each package can be delivered independently or as a comprehensive institutional strengthening program tailored to the needs of the organization.

📢 Safeguarding Workshop – Holy Rosary Integrated Comprehensive College (HRICC) Mendankwe | Aug 20, 2025

✔️ 98.8% wanted deeper knowledge on safeguarding
✔️ 100% signed a safeguarding Code of Conduct
✔️ Action points: focal person for complaints, phone line & opinion box, quarterly evaluations, refresher training in 6 months

➡️ Safeguarding is not optional — it protects children, staff, and the community. VIVAA continues to strengthen accountability systems in schools and hospitals across crisis-affected areas.

VIVAA Ensuring Sustainable and Inclusive Education in Cameroon

At VIVA Association (VIVAA), we are committed to ensuring that every child has access to quality, inclusive, and sustainable education – even in the most difficult circumstances. Our Department of Education continues to support vulnerable pupils, teachers, and schools with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.

Our Impact so far:
1)468 essential textbooks worth 1,012,500 FCFA distributed across 10 primary schools in Bui Division, directly benefitting 250 pupils (154 girls and 96 boys) from poor and displaced households.

2)100+ vulnerable pupils supported with school fee payments across Bamenda, Kumbo, Douala, Yaoundé, Limbe, and Nkambe, ensuring continuity in education despite financial hardship.

3)50 teachers (31 women, 19 men) sensitized and trained on safeguarding, child protection, and the basics of trauma healing, equipping them to provide safe and nurturing learning environments.

4)Post-distribution monitoring revealed strong improvements: pupils’ learning outcomes rose from 67% to 93.6%, while teachers’ lesson note preparation improved from 33.2% to 78.3%.

Beyond distributing textbooks and paying fees, VIVAA believes that true education is holistic. That is why we strengthen teachers’ capacity, protect children from harm, and integrate trauma healing into classrooms – because children need not only knowledge, but also dignity, safety, and hope.
