The organization welcomes volunteers who are prepared to dedicate themselves in any way possible to the support and promotion of activities for well-being of rural women and children. VIWO places special emphasis on filling any gaps that existing development agencies have not addressed. The organization studies very carefully the lifestyles of rural households and seeks means of improving them morally, economically, socially, and culturally through their different programs
