The Cameroon Association of Coaches and Football Educators, known in French as ACEEF, is the main professional organisation representing football coaches and trainers in Cameroon.

The Association of Coaches and Educators in Football (ACEEF), North West Region, is pleased to announce the organisation of a Federal A1 Coaching Certification Course in the region.

This is a unique opportunity, as the Federal A1 programme is traditionally conducted exclusively in Yaoundé. Thanks to the determination, commitment, and relentless efforts of our Regional Technical Director, this prestigious training programme is being brought closer to coaches in the North West Region.

The course will be conducted in two phases (modules) under the supervision of the National Technical Directorate (DTN).

✅ ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 40 candidates must be registered (ongoing).

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:

• Federal D, C, or B Licence
• Federal B Licence + CAF C Licence
• International Player Licence + Federal B Licence
• CENAJES/INJS Diploma + Federal B Licence

✅ COURSE FEES

Registration and training fees have been set at an affordable rate to encourage maximum participation and professional development among coaches.

⚠ IMPORTANT

All interested candidates are requested to submit proof of their qualifications as soon as possible to facilitate the registration process and planning of the programme.

This initiative represents a major step forward for football development in the North West Region and offers coaches the opportunity to advance their careers without the usual constraints of travelling to Yaoundé.

🕊️ OFFICIAL OBITUARY ANNOUNCEMENT 🕊️

It is with deep sorrow that the Association of Cameroon Football Coaches and Educators (ACEEF) North West Region announces the passing of MAMA VÉONIGUE, beloved mother of Mr. Soh Simplis, North West Regional Technical Director and President of the North West Football Coaches Association.

MAMA VÉONIGUE passed away on the morning of, 7 June 2026, in Yaoundé after being admitted to hospital.

During this period of grief, the entire ACEEF North West family extends its heartfelt condolences to Mr. Soh Simplis and his family. We share in their pain and pray for strength, comfort, and peace as they mourn this great loss.

Further information regarding the funeral programme will be communicated in due course.

May her soul rest in perfect peace. 🕊️

Young football talents from across the North West Region gathered at the Bamenda Proximity Stadium, Mendakwe, on Saturday, 30 May 2026, for another phase of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS) U17 scouting programme.

The initiative, which is conducted on a monthly basis, aims to identify and nurture promising young players with the potential to progress to higher levels of the game. The event attracted a strong turnout of aspiring footballers eager to demonstrate their skills before the technical team.

The scouting session was led by Coach Soh Simplis Procoachy Marechal, who serves as both the North West Regional Technical Adviser and President of the North West Coaches Association. He worked alongside other technical officials to evaluate the players and support the ongoing development of youth football in the region.

The programme reflects the continued commitment of FECAFOOT and FIFA to strengthening grassroots football and creating pathways for emerging talent in Cameroon.
