What happens when teenagers are paired with mentors who truly see them?
✨ Growth. Confidence. Clarity. And a spark that lasts far beyond the sessions.
This year at T4T 4.0, we didn’t just teach but we journeyed.
We were able to reach 12 incredible teenagers, each one full of potential, questions, and quiet brilliance.
And just like last year, we leaned into what works: mentorship.
In T4T 3.0, we saw firsthand how assigning mentors to each teen created a ripple effect , deeper engagement, stronger accountability, and a safe space to grow.
So this year, we did the same and the results? We know it will be more beautiful.
Each teen was paired with a dedicated mentor , a young leader who offered not just guidance, but presence.
They listened. They challenged. They celebrated every small win.
From identity to purpose, from values to vision, these teens didn’t just learn…they transformed.
💡 Because when young people are seen, heard, and supported, they don’t just dream…they become.
To our mentors: thank you for showing up with heart.
