My final Youth Track Championships — and what a way to close the chapter.

🥈Madison•Points Race•Elimination
4️⃣ Scratch Race•2km Pursuit

The smallest of margins kept me from the podium or a jersey but I’m really happy with my consistency across the week and really enjoyed the battles.

Only my third year racing track, I’m incredibly grateful for the memories, lessons and to the people who have helped me improve, and I’ll take the experiences with me into the next chapter, whatever that maybe. Proud of how far I’ve come, but even more excited about how much there still is to learn.

British Track Championships: Day 5- Points Race

What a way to finish the Track Champs! Super happy to end the week with a silver medal in the Points Race.

It was a seriously tough 60 laps, especially with the fatigue from some hard racing over the previous few days. My only plan was to try and make it harder and try to capitalise on fatigue. I managed to pick up some key points in the early sprints, which gave me a bit of thinking space going into the second half of the race.

I raced one of my most disciplined Points Races, sticking to my plan and making sure I was in the right place when it mattered. I didn’t manage to take any points in the final sprint, but I’d done enough earlier in the race to secure 2nd overall.

British Track Championships: Day 4- Madison

Super pleased to come away with another podium after a seriously hard-fought Madison against some super strong pairs!

We missed the breakaway early on as we missed our change, so we knew we had to fight our way back into it. We managed to pick up some crucial sprint points along the way, which helped us secure 2nd overall!

Couldn’t have asked for a better Madison partner than .roberts0n 💞💞
We made a great pair!

British Track Championships: Day 3- Individual Pursuit

Really pleased with my performance in the 2km IP. I was super happy make it into the top four riders and to qualifying through to the bronze medal ride against katie Rob

The Bronze ride off didn’t quite go the way I would have hoped, I kept drifting off the black line… 4th again! 😂

Pleased with how I rode and gave it everything I had.

British Track Championships: Day 2- Elimination

Over the moon to come away with a podium in my favourite track event!

The elimination was fast-paced, tactical and cagey from the gun, with everyone fighting to stay in the race. I stuck to my plan, stayed patient, and managed to put myself in the perfect position for the final sprint against Aisling.

It wasn’t quite the top step this time, but I’m really pleased with how I raced and there’s plenty to take forward.

British Track Championships: Day 1 - Scratch

Really pleased to come away with P4 in the scratch race!

It was short, fast, and tactical from the gun, so positioning was everything. I moved around well and put myself in the mix for the sprint, contesting the win with three other riders as we had a gap on the group. .

A little frustrating to miss out on the podium by one place, but I’m really happy with how I raced and the decisions I made. Plenty of positives to take forward, and it’s all good experience. On to the next one! 💪🚴

British Track Championships: Day 1 - 500 Sprint

Not exactly the event I would usually line up for! 😅

I entered this one purely to get some gate start practice ahead of the Individual Pursuit later this week. Safe to say the start line was the main objective… and a new PB was a bonus

It’s always good to step outside the usual routine and mix things up!!

A great day out at the National 25 Mile TT Championships at the weekend! ☀️

Warm sunshine, gusty crosswinds and busy roundabouts made for a challenging course, but that’s all part of time trialling.

I’m really pleased with how I paced the ride from start to finish. Traffic cost a bit of time, and I think on a cleaner run I might just have dipped under the one-hour mark. The sub-60 is still the target, but it’s getting closer.

A new PB and🥈 2nd in the Youth & Junior category with a time of 1:00:26

European Youth Tour: Stage 5

My last race in Assen, so I just wanted to enjoy it and have fun! The race was fast but controlled, meaning attacks and counterattacks were frequent. I had fun mixing it up myself and really enjoyed the wet conditions.

Pleased to come over the line in third place—a nice way to end a week of bad luck.

Well done to Katie on the stage and Varys on the GC!

European Youth Tour: Stage 4 ⏱️

I was really excited for today’s TT with its technical corners and short, punchy climb.

Unfortunately, a puncture while warming up on the rollers 20 minutes before my start meant a rushed wheel change. The replacement wheel left my rear disc brake rubbing, adding resistance for the whole effort, so it definitely wasn’t the ride I’d hoped for. I should have tried to borrow one from neutral service.

It’s been a run of bad luck across the stages this week, but that’s bike racing. No excuses—just another challenge to deal with. I’m proud that I stayed calm, kept fighting, and still managed to ride to 8th.

One final stage tomorrow. Nothing too crazy, so I’m looking forward to my last ever youth road race!
