It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful a simple meeting can be.

In Run Ta Ek, we met Ny Chhengly. His openness, his story and his perspective on life left a deep impression on us.

This is exactly why we do what we do. 🫂

We’re very happy to share that Ny Chhengly will be joining our trainee program - starting May 1st. A new chapter begins, filled with growth, opportunity and new possibilities. ✨🫶

Two days ago, we went to Run Ta Ek to meet Sok Kung (65) and her kind grandchildren Chhun Heang (20) and Srey Neth (17)

A family full of warmth, openness, kindness and hope. They welcomed us so genuinely and made us feel at home. Listening to their story, understanding their background and sharing that time together was truly moving.✨🫶🏻

The Grandma of the two can see a bright future for them both, and we will support them to make their dreams become reality. 🫂

We’re incredibly happy to say that we’ve decided to welcome her grandchildren into our trainee program, starting May 1st. This is the beginning of a new journey. This is why, we started Aris Café. ✨

Today is a very emotional day for us. 💛

Socheata and Daniel from are in Run Ta Ek, a village where many families were forcibly relocated in 2023 and are still facing difficult conditions.

Today, we meet the families behind the young people who will soon join our program. We listen, we learn, and we share what lies ahead.

In the photos, you see Moeurn Vireakyuth and his family. At just 16 years old, he is the first young person with the courage to begin this journey with us. Together with his family, he has committed today to starting his training in April, a step that takes strength, trust, and hope.

For him, this is more than training. It’s the first time leaving home, the first step into a new life. Through his training and salary, he will also be able to support his entire family.

We are incredibly proud of him and can’t wait to welcome him. 🥰

For the young people of Cambodia, for their future, their opportunities, their chance to believe in something bigger. 🌸

With we turned this vision into reality. For almost three months now, people like you have been part of it — showing up, supporting us, sharing moments, and helping bring this place to life.

But this is only the beginning.

In just a few weeks, our Skybar will open. And with it, we will have all the necessary training positions in gastronomy, allowing us to finally begin the education and development of young people. 🔆
