HEG Finance Club

HEG Finance Club is a student association at the Geneva School of Business Administration (Haute école de gestion de Genève) founded in 2014.

Our main objective is to promote awareness and knowledge of the world of finance by bringing together passionate and motivated students to allow them to share ideas, improve their analytical and presentation skills as well as grow their professional network. The club is built around “desks” each covering a specific asset class. Each team is responsible for following the developments in their respe

ctive markets, making investment proposals for the club’s virtual portfolio and providing trainings on their asset class to the other members. Currently, the Equities, Forex and Commodities desks are active and we are planning to open the Fixed Income desk as we grow and recruit new members. The club’s activities are coordinated by the Committee, composed of the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the Portfolio Manager who are responsible for the association’s development.
