Practical training – youth workers are receiving a refresher course in first aid. In hazardous environments, every youth worker must be able to stop bleeding and thus ensure the safety of their participants. We are therefore being trained in the use of tourniquets.

Instead of an intercultural evening, we’re having intercultural coffee breaks during HEATEX 3.0. Today, the delegation from Moldova is treating us to their delicacies.

The map of Armenia. We use the "AZNAVOUR 26" project as a training tool. However, it includes additional challenges. The hostile environment challenges the participants.

We are currently in the 5+2 process. The first step is appreciation of the problem (new situation). The appreciation involves identifying, clarifying, and organizing problems. During this step, sub-problems are identified, initial action guidelines are established, deliverables and priorities are defined, and responsibilities are clarified.

We’re starting the workshops. As a surprise, there’s an entrance exam. The organizers want to see how well we’ve prepared. The test also serves to create a hostile atmosphere.
