☀️ It’s a scorcher out there!
In true street-food style, we adapt quickly and to make the most of the sunshine, we’re moving this evening’s session outdoors 🌿
We’ll be making fresh pasta sheets for lasagne and assembling everything in the lush green space on the back of ClayTAWC.
We’ll also have cool, refreshing soft drinks available to keep you going! 🍹

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded a £2,000 Grassroots Grant, made possible by the incredible support of Postcode Lottery players!
This fantastic funding will help us continue delivering — our much‑loved project bringing vibrant, street food–inspired cooking sessions to children and teenagers from the Clay villages and surrounding areas. The grant will also allow us to prepare for our next step, putting us in a better position to meet the rising demand we’re seeing going into the next academic year.
We’re so grateful for this support and can’t wait to build on the impact of this project!

Inspired by the glorious sunshine of the past few days, we’re back at ClayTAWC this evening, experimenting with pita bread — a true Greek kitchen classic. 🇬🇷

We’re heading back to ClayTAWC this evening and couldn’t be more excited to welcome our brilliant young chefs for another round of chocolate-filled fun! The session kicks off as usual at 5:30pm, and we can’t wait to see lots of familiar faces along with some new ones joining us.🍫✨

🌷🐣 Happy Easter Holidays! 🐣🌷

We wish everyone a joyful and relaxing Easter break filled with good food, good company, and plenty of chocolate treats! 🍫🍬

Thank you all for your continued support — our cooking classes will be resuming very soon, and we can’t wait to welcome you back into the kitchen for more delicious fun.
There may also be a few spaces opening for new young chefs to join us for the summer term, so keep an eye out for updates if you know someone who’d love to take part! 👩‍🍳✨

This week we’ll be making shortcrust pastry and baking delicious jam tarts — and if time allows, we’ll even whip up some fresh homemade custard to go with them. 😋
