"đ In life, there comes a moment when the true meaning of leadership is no longer about holding a position, but about knowing how to pass it on.
âAfter more than two years at the service of Eloquentia Clubâan adventure born from a vision when I was still a student in the Faculty of Law, and which gradually grew into a true community of learning, public speaking, and leadershipâthe time has come for me to turn an important page in my journey.
âToday, Club is now in the hands of its new President, -CĂ©lestin Kayemba, whom I wish every success in leading this wonderful adventure, alongside his team members Emmanuel Kanda Kanda and Kashavu.
âI leave with the satisfaction of every fulfilled leader: that of having served, built, and, above all, contributed to preparing the next generation.
âTogether, we carried much more than just a club. Eloquence contests, training sessions, masterclasses, incubation programs, mentoring initiatives, and many other projects have enabled numerous young students to discover their voice, develop their potential, and make our alma mater, the UniversitĂ© PĂ©dagogique Nationale in the DRC đšđ©, shine at the continental and international levels đ.
âYet no work is built alone. I retain a deep gratitude to all those who believed in this , who worked alongside me, and who contributed, each in their own way, to writing this beautiful story.
âThis experience, born when I was merely a student in the Faculty of Law, confirmed above all one thing: knows no age.
âIt also taught me that you do not need a title to become a leader, nor do you need to cling for long to a seat of power to wield real influence.
âIt taught me that is the art of succession.
âAnd beyond everything else, I have learned one thing: true leadership is not measured by the time spent in a role, but by what one leaves behind.
âToday, I therefore leave the presidency with and . Not because the commitment ends, but because a new chapter begins.
âWe will still be here, but differently. For there are times when you do not leave a vision: you simply choose to serve it from another .
âTo Eloquentia Club, I leave a part of my history, but above all an institution that, I hope, will continue to grow long after those who founded and led it have moved on.
âTo the new team: take care of this house. Make it grow. Dare to go further. And above all, never forget that our greatest achievement will not lie solely in our ability to speak well, but in our ability to use our words to , serve, and transform.
âThank you, PĂ©dagogique Nationale, my alma mater, for believing in us, and to the UPN Student Coordination for our various collaborations.
Thank you to everyone who walked by my side, and immense gratitude to our various partners and benefactors đ.
âMen pass, but institutions remain. And when a leader agrees to pass the torch, it is not the end of their influence. It may well be the beginning of their .
âTogether, let us make the Spoken Word a Force, let us cultivate excellence!
âGlory be to God! Infinite gratitude đ. The best is yet to come."
