Why Program Cycle Adoption(PCA)
To us, every participant in our program deserves more than a program; they deserve a data-informed (by the participants), church-driven transformation. For too long, children's ministry looked the same everywhere, one-size-fits-all programs designed from the top down, measuring how many activities we ran rather than how many lives were changed.

PCA (Program Cycle Approach) flips that script.
From Compassion-driven → to Church-driven ✅
From compliance → to ownership ✅
From quantity of activities → to quality of outcomes ✅
From "one size fits all" → to context-specific, needs-based programs

The voice that matters most? The child in the community. In Uganda alone, over 50 church partners are now implementing 10 globally tested, evidence-based interventions, and the results speak for themselves: improved literacy, stronger communities, and churches that are truly owning the transformation of children and youth in their context.

Today, we celebrate Jesca, our incredible participant, who was named the Best Aircraft Engineering Student at the East African Civil Aviation Academy graduation ceremony! She was honored by none other than Emorimor Papa Paul Sande Emolot, the third and reigning cultural leader of the Iteso Cultural Union, who served as the Guest of Honor at the ceremony.

Jesca is an inspiration to us all, and we rejoice in celebrating this outstanding achievement and the excellence she represents.
