LOOK ||The Cordillera Youth Brigade (CYB), together with the Alpha Kaagapay Company, 103rd Mabalasik Infantry Battalion, and the Youth United for Peace Organization, was honored to be invited to serve as facilitators and administrators during the Youth Leadership Summit organized by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Pasil in partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairpersons and the SK Federation of Pasil.
With the theme "Panangidur-as Kadagiti Agtutubu: Leading Today, Sustaining Tomorrow," the activity was conducted from June 20–23, 2026, at Chumilang Beach Resort, Santa Ana, Cagayan.

This four-day leadership summit and team-building activity was organized to encourage the youth to become more active, responsible, and engaged members of their communities. Throughout the program, the young participants from Pasil gained valuable knowledge and skills through various lectures and activities conducted by the Philippine Army, Pasil Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of Health (DOH), and MSWDO Pasil.

The summit also provided countless inspiring lessons that encouraged every participant to become active leaders in their own communities. More importantly, learning was not limited to the participants alone. As facilitators and administrators, we also learned valuable life lessons from the youth of Pasil through their enthusiasm, cooperation, and willingness to grow.

Being naturally "SHY MANGO" did not stop the youth of Pasil from actively participating in every activity. Instead, they demonstrated genuine interest, eagerness to learn, and respect for every session conducted throughout the four-day leadership summit.
The Cordillera Youth Brigade (CYB) extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Municipality of Pasil, especially to the very supportive Municipal Mayor, Atty. Silvestre A. Mosing; the dedicated staff and administrators of MSWDO Pasil; the Pasil Philippine National Police (PNP); the Department of Health (DOH); the SK Chairpersons of every barangay; and the Alpha Kaagapay Company, 103rd Mabalasik Infantry Battalion, headed by 2LT Kevin Dave M. Gallentes (AGS), PA.

We also sincerely thank the members of the facilitation team: ALPHA KAAGAPAY COMPANY 103RD MABALASIK "INFANTRY" BATTALION

Finally, the Cordillera Youth Brigade (CYB) remains committed to serving the community by sharing our knowledge, supporting meaningful programs, and empowering the youth. We are deeply grateful for the trust and confidence you continue to place in our organization. Your unwavering support inspires us to continue participating in activities that help develop responsible, empowered, and future-ready young leaders.
Together, let us continue empowering the youth, because today's young leaders will shape a better tomorrow.

This activity serves as an inspiring example for young people to become more active and engaged in programs and initiatives that can help shape a brighter future. Leadership is not defined by age, nor is it measured solely by one's abilities. True leadership comes from the heart and mind—it is reflected in how you lead yourself and how you inspire and guide your fellow youth.
Poverty and life's challenges should never hinder a young person from participating in activities that contribute to personal growth and the development of our community and nation. After all, "The youth are the hope of the nation."
The Cordillera Youth Brigade (CYB) would like to express its heartfelt gratitude for the trust and confidence placed in our abilities to assist and facilitate programs such as this. Our organization sincerely appreciates the continuous support and unwavering trust given to us. Your confidence motivates us to continue serving, empowering, and inspiring the youth of our communities.
Thank you very much for believing in our
capabilities
