We are a Congolese research organization based in Goma, North Kivu. Nous sommes une organisation des jeunes chercheurs congolais au Kivu.

Welcome to the page of the Marakuja Kivu research group. Our organization gathers young talented Congolese researchers and surveyors from the Kivus, and internationally renown University Professors from Harvard, Berkeley and the London School of Economics. Our name stands from Multidisciplinary Association for Research and Advocacy in the Kivus by United Junior Academics. Our mission is to provide

a trustworthy data collection capacity in the most difficult areas of Eastern Congo. We specialize in conflict zones and villages where armed groups are still active. We aim to complement this primary objective with advocacy on governments to translate the research of existing research into practice by those who should be the ultimate beneficiaries of policy relevant research: democratically elected governments.
