Do you know that these IDPS in Kalemie Tanganyika Province DRC are traveling more than 1h30 in order to access water to this Lukuga River which is the only option now.
Currently water is one among the biggest problem to people in many parts of Kalemie and it's surroundings and water is the main cause of Cholera.
Unless we get well withers these people will continue to suffer

Today we decided to go and see the situation of war victims from Kivu in Maya Village around Kalemie. Their lives are bad as the same of others who fled the war and now abandoned.

Agreement in principle for peace in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
We welcome the progress made in Doha Qatar today, as DRCongo Government and AFC-M23 signed a déclaration for a Peace deal.

We recall that peace négociations should now be more inclusive and bring the Civil Society and the victims.
