We encourage respect in our debate, recognize we all have biases due to our life’s experiences, and we tolerate everyone’s opinion in an effort to understand how we can help true equality and inclusiveness for everyone here! We will not tolerate name calling, bullying, harassment and labeling our community in our forum. Once again it all comes down to respect and trying to find common grounds in our discussions.
