16U Red attended Nationals at the end of May in Calgary. The team played their hearts out and never quit! It was a fabulous season with amazing girls and parents. They finished tied for 5th in tier 25, 197th out of 304 teams. Congratulations!

16U Black battled hard at Nationals in Calgary against teams from Alberta, BC, Manitoba and Ontario. Proud of the way they played, right to the end of the season. Thank you coaches, thank you parents, and thank you fans from all over for cheering on our favourite volleyball players! The girls finished 109th out of 304 teams, Tier 14 out of 38. A great finish that follows a great season!

Yorkton Blitz Volleyball adheres to the Sask Volleyball club guide which states that clubs cannot advertise club volleyball athlete or coach opportunities to the public for future seasons until July 1st. 15U Blitz Black competed in Nationals May 25-27 in Calgary, finishing 46th out of 342 teams. They faced some incredible competition from across the country. These girls played their hardest all tournament coming together during the most difficult matches. We are so proud of this team sticking in Division 1 all season. Competing at this high level and finishing so high in the country is a huge accomplishment!

18U Black competed at Nationals in Calgary May 21-23. Nationals was three days of the most amazing moments for this team! The first day and a half the girls extended many games to extra points and third sets but came up short. They continued to fight hard as a team winning three consecutive games to take them to the gold medal final game in Tier 15. They left everything on the court and were three points shy in the third set of bringing home the gold. We’ve never been so proud of a silver medal because their energy and team spirit was electric and made for a very exciting last game as a team. They finished second in Tier 15 out of 24 tiers. Way to go!

15U Black attended provincials this weekend in Saskatoon. To say we are proud of this team is an understatement! They went 3-1 in the round robin finishing 1st in our pool. The team played well against QCVC Elite in the semi final but falling just short. They played Huskie Premiere in the bronze medal match. This team started the season seeded in 5th place and worked hard all season to remain in Division 1. Congratulations on a fantastic provincial tournament finishing 4th overall out of 60 teams!

Blitz Red 13U wrapped up an amazing season with their best finish of the year at Provincials in Saskatoon. The girls competed hard and showed tremendous growth all weekend that paid off with a Division 1 - 6th place out of 39 teams. Way to go players, coaches and families ❤️🏐

18U Black had a blast at Provincials, playing some amazing volleyball this weekend. This group once again puts the team in teammate. The girls rocked it and finished 2nd in their pool. While they fought hard, they came up short in their first playoff game. The girls left it all on the court and cinched the win in the third set securing their 5th place finish against JCVC black. They came out Division 2, 5th place, 15th out of 33 teams. We are so excited to head to nationals and get to watch them in action again.

13U Blitz Black brought the energy to Provincials this weekend in Saskatoon, playing their best volleyball of the season! All of their pool games went to tight 3rd sets, allowing the girls to showcase their skills and positivity. They went on to win their crossover and one of their playoff games, a great way to end their season. The finished Division 2, tier 2 - 6th place, 34th out of 39 teams. Well done athletes and coaches! 13U Blitz Black is also incredibly grateful to Yorkton Blitz Volleyball club for sponsoring their fun team meal at Fuddruckers.
