New Horizons Seniors of Yorkton At our July 22, 2022 dance we had a guest from Montreal where he dances with a ballet group. We have some wonderful donated prizes. Lots of prizes given away.

He was amazed that in a small city would have such a awesome dance floor. We would like to thank the dancers who continue to support us with their attendance, especially those who faithfully attend every week. UP COMING DANCES

At the March 18, 2022 dance, there will be a raffle to raise funds for the Ukraine. Thank you to those who bought tickets at our successful raffle. We had a successful fun dance on July 1. June 3, another awesome night of Dancing to New Memory Lane after a 2 1/2 year absence. Great vocals, music, amazing job on a Floyd Cramer song, it was like he was in the building playing the piano. A great night of entertainment, even if one doesn’t dance. June 10th, Partners, Brothers & Friends, a popular, well liked new band are playing. New Horizons would like to express sincere sympathies to Vi’s family and friends. Vi was a long time member and served on the Board executive. She loved to dance and attended when possible. May she rest in Peace.

The family of Violet Schappert of Saskatoon, formerly of the MacNutt area, beloved wife of the late George Schappert, sadly announce her passing on May 17, 2026. Violet was 92 years of age. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday May 22 at 11:00 a.m. from Zion Lutheran Church, Yorkton, with Pastor....
