What does it actually mean to be a certified trauma-sensitive facilitator? It’s so much more than a title—it’s a deep commitment to the humans who trust us with their spaces.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the recent graduates of our Level 1: Trauma-Sensitive Facilitation Foundations program! 🎓

✨When participants complete this foundational training, they aren't just learning how to manage a schedule—they are developing four core, transformative competencies designed to change how they hold space:

🏗️ The Architecture of the Container: Learning the art of designing safer physical and digital spaces, while establishing non-coercive, effective communication agreements.

🌿 Narrative Stewardship: Intentionally moving away from a rigid posture of "managing" an audience and shifting toward truly "holding" participant circles.

🧠 Trauma-Sensitive Engagement: Developing the critical skill of recognizing somatic markers of regulation and resistance across diverse group settings.

🤝 Humanization & Presence: Actively moving past the pressure of "performance" to focus on authentic, real-time relationship building.

Massive congratulations to all of our brilliant first-cohort graduates, who are officially equipped to cultivate safe, ethical, and humanizing spaces for community storytelling!

This two-day event will bring together community voices, lived experience, and meaningful dialogue as we explore the theme of Stories of Culture and Community.
