The growing season may be behind us, but AIVA technology trials are still underway!

We are pleased to announce our latest collaboration with VeriGrain, who is evaluating their slotted grain sampler in tandem with their Grower-Enterprise app. This technology allows users to track samples using barcoded packaging, record grain sample information, and trace downstream results.

VeriGrain will be validating their technology across two AIVA Validation hubs: EMILI Innovation Farms and Innovation Farms Ontario. Field trials have just begun and we look forward to sharing project updates over the coming months.

Traditional field scouting often relies on broad observations, making it difficult to target inputs, labour, and time where they’re needed most. A combination of high-resolution field imagery, AI, and precision mapping could help farmers reduce operational costs and delays.

In our latest Technology Feature, we highlight how TerraClear Inc.'s precision mapping technology is making field scouting more efficient for rock and w**d management. TerraClear is being introduced to AIVA’s Farmer Alliance Members to pilot the technology in Canada.

Innovators want to prove their agtech works on farms, but collecting independent, multi-site evidence is challenging to do on your own. At AIVA, we connect innovators with farms to vet their product in real-world environments using consistent, standardized testing protocols.

In our latest blog post, we hear from Geco Strategic W**d Management CEO and Founder Greg Stewart on how multi-regional data has helped to validate and develop Geco’s product into a scalable solution for farmers.

We’re pleased to introduce the newest members of the AIVA team, Natalie Cale and Neil Wagner!

As a Project Coordinator, Natalie works with AIVA’s Validation Hubs and Agtech Innovators to oversee project ex*****on and synthesize results into meaningful reports.

Neil joins us as a Technology Adoption Manager to help farmers adopt and implement agricultural technologies through on-farm support, pilot programs, and industry collaboration.
