This month, we are highlighting Lawrence Siemens, one of our a dedicated Palliative Care volunteers.
Lawrence provides bi-weekly visits to patients and their families and caregivers. He brings a gentle and compassionate presence, offering comfort and companionship tailored to the needs of those he supports. In addition to his scheduled visits, Lawrence frequently goes above and beyond his commitment. On weekends and evenings, he has responded to staff calls to sit with patients when family members are unavailable, ensuring that no one is alone.
Lawrence also contributes thoughtful input as a member of the BTHC Palliative Care Advisory Committee, helping to guide and strengthen the quality of care provided within the program.
Thank you Lawrence for you time, presence, and unwavering care. Your time and efforts are deeply valued, and we are sincerely grateful for the difference you make for patients, families, and staff alike. ❤

Congratulations to this year's Co-op at Home Putting Contest winners!
🏆First place goes to Marilyn Wieler with a score of 50! Marilyn chose the Louisiana Grills Smoker. (not pictured)
Then it came down to a putt-off between Grant Fehr and Ron Ginter for second and third. Grant came through the winner and chose the rocking chairs, leaving Ron with the bluetooth speaker.
