Earlier this week, we hosted our very first FOCUS YQG Failure Night!

Too often, we celebrate success without talking about the tough moments that shape it. Failure Night gave us a chance to flip that narrative, to share, learn, and connect through the challenges that make us stronger.

Our incredible speakers Andrea Descargar, Surria Fadel, and Maureen Lucas opened up about their journeys, the moments that tested them, and how those experiences became stepping stones toward growth and success.

The room was full of honesty, laughter, and inspiration - a reminder that failure isn’t the opposite of success; it’s part of the path.

A big thank-you to everyone who came out to support this event, and to Logic Executive Search & Workplace Solutions for sponsoring it.
