Beyond business strategy, FOCUS-YQG offers something equally powerful: a strong, supportive community. Our members build deep, trusted relationships grounded in the shared experience of being a woman in leadership. These connections foster encouragement, resilience, and a sense of belonging that enriches both personal and professional journeys.

Through our Peer Advisor Groups, members engage in a structured and collaborative process to assess, improve, and refine key operational practices- promoting long-term sustainability and preparing for meaningful growth.

This week, we closed the chapter on the FOCUS YQG 2025–2026 Cohort - and what an incredible chapter it was.

We had the privilege of hearing from our amazing mentor, Mila Lucio, who challenged us all to step into the best version of the leader we can be. Her words were exactly the fuel our cohort needed to carry this momentum forward.

Over the past year, this cohort has demonstrated what leadership development is truly about - showing up with curiosity, embracing new perspectives, building meaningful relationships, and supporting one another every step of the way.

Together, they navigated challenges, celebrated successes, and created a network of leaders committed to making a difference in our community. The growth, resilience, and authenticity displayed throughout the program have been nothing short of inspiring.

To our 2025–2026 Cohort - congratulations! Thank you for your dedication, your engagement, and the unique contributions each of you brought to this experience.

We are excited to see how you continue to lead, inspire, and create impact in the years ahead.
