We invite everyone across the Diocese of London to keep Pope Leo XIV in their prayers as he recovers from surgery for lung cancer.

We pray for his healing, strength and comfort in the days ahead, and for all those caring for him.

▶️ Parishes in the Diocese of London can conduct an annual Appeal to help fund the work and upkeep of their parish, including ministries, offices, capital projects, and other services. Every donation makes a difference because, together as one Body, our gifts nourish our parishes and enable them to deliver vital ministries and services.

We will take a second collection on Thanksgiving weekend.

You can also donate online to your parish here: https://windsorheritageparishes.ca/thanksgiving-appeal/

From Pope Leo XIV:

Dear friends, during some recent medical examinations, the doctors found a small, localized nodule in my lung. It was detected at a very early stage and is well-localized. The doctors believe that it is best to intervene, so, following their advice, I have decided to undergo surgery to remove it. The operation is already scheduled to take place in the coming days. I thank you for your spiritual closeness and entrust myself to your prayers.
