🦊 Shop: yukonapparel.ca/products/Yukon-Ladies-Ask-c183202533 Yukon Ladies Ask (YLA) is a women-driven network built on shared values, designed to foster connection and engagement in a safe and supportive space. We organize inclusive community events for women across the Yukon, creat

ing meaningful change through community-driven fundraisers that support women, local youth, and animal welfare. OUR VISION
Our vision is to enhance the lives of women in our community by fostering meaningful connections and relationships. At the heart of YLA, we collaborate with local women-owned businesses, providing opportunities for growth, promotion, and support. Every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another; we’re strongest when we cheer each other on. Our mission is to cultivate connections and to simply create unique opportunities that bring Yukon women together. There are no limits to what we, as women, can achieve when we stand together. Our sisterhood is powerful.

🦊THIRD ANNUAL YLA MEET & GREET AT YUKON BREWING 🦊

The room was full of laughter, connection, and so many incredible women, a mix of familiar faces and brand new ones. We spent the night trying new beers and cocktails, swapping stories, and building the kind of friendships that make the North feel like home!

This is exactly why we host these.
To bring women together.
To shake off those winter blues.
To remind each other we’re not doing life alone up here.

And you could feel that energy in the room last night.

The BEST part? Every single woman walked away with a prize, because this community is just that generous and supportive as many businesses donated 2-3 prizes each!!

A huge thank you to the amazing women-owned businesses who made that possible:

1. Quartz Café & Bakery
2. Care & Share Family Help Services
3. Celestial Spark Wellness and Coaching
4. Brave Wellness
5. 98 Hotel
6. Whitehorse Pole Dance
7. Yukon Magazine
8. Bare North
9. True North Spin
10. Due North
11. Unightie
12. Unpaused Wellness

And a BIG thank you to Yukon Brewing for hosting us and their added door prize!

🦊 Foxy Business Highlight! 🦊

Featuring Cail's Candy Corner! 🍬🍭🍫🍡

The Foxy Business Highlight series, where we feature women-owned businesses from the YLA Registry that are licensed, locally rooted, and actively involved in our Yukon Ladies Ask community.

There’s a new spot in town that’s just as sweet as its story!

Created by Stephanie Lawson and inspired by her 13-year-old son, Cail, this family-run shop celebrates connection, inclusion, and the simple joy of candy. Stephanie first brought us Tagish Rocks, and now she’s adding even more sweetness to the community with this new gem in the heart of Whitehorse.
