We’re proud to announce the recipients of the Whistler Health Care Foundation’s 2026 Community Grant Program, with nearly $90,000 awarded to local health and wellness initiatives! 🙌

Since 2022, more than $400,000 has been invested in programs, equipment, education, and services that help keep our communities healthy and thriving. 🌿🏔️

A heartfelt congratulations to all of this year’s recipients, and thank you to our donors and supporters who make this impact possible. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier Sea to Sky community. 💚

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, the Whistler Health Care Foundation has funded 7 new Stryker stretchers for the Whistler Health Care Centre, representing a $70,000 investment in local health care. 🏥💙

These modern stretchers improve patient comfort and safety, help healthcare teams transport patients more efficiently, and reduce physical strain on staff. Whether you’re a resident or visitor, this investment helps ensure patients receive the best possible care when they need it most. 🚑✨

💙 This May, the Whistler Health Care Foundation was proud to celebrate and support the incredible nursing team at the Whistler Health Care Centre for Nurses Week.

As part of this year’s theme, The Power of Impact, we sponsored activities and treats to recognize the compassion, dedication, and expertise our nurses bring to our community every day.

Thank you to all our nurses for the difference you make in the lives of patients, families, and our entire community. We appreciate you today and every day! 👏

Thanks to the incredibly generosity of our community, we are closing in our our $2 million CT Scanner Replacement Campaign goal. To date, we have raised an outstanding $1.7 million. 🥳👏

Tomorrow Sunday June 21 is the day - Hike for Health 2026! 🩵

For those who registered in advance, please plan to check in at the Blackcomb Base between 8:30am-9am. We will then kick off our welcome programming and warm up, then will be on our way up the Blackcomb Ascent Trail at 9:30am!

Forgot to register? Meet us at Blackcomb Base at participant check in and we can get you sorted.

✅ No problem! Your Hike for Health registration includes mountain access, so you can still join us on Sunday, June 21 and enjoy a day of sightseeing on the mountain 🚠🏔️
