Joshua Littlejohn, Instructor of Entrepreneurship & Innovation with NAIT's JR Shaw School of Business, entrepreneur, and author of The Marketing Fallacy, has put together a practical, hands-on session focused on understanding your numbers, improving profitability and cash flow, evaluating opportunities, and making confident business decisions.

Our speaker, Joshua Littlejohn, is an Entrepreneurship & Innovation instructor at NAIT's JR Shaw School of Business. He's the award-winning author of The Marketing Fallacy — a guide that helps small businesses grow with impact — and has supported dozens of early-stage founders in building real, sustainable businesses.

This is a small-group workshop format, which means real conversation, real learning, and genuine connection with other women in your community.

We’re currently exploring interest in greenhouse growing space as part of our new ag-focused community hub in Westlock.

We’re looking to connect with:
🌸 Flower growers
🥬 Small-scale produce growers
🌱 Starter plants & specialty crops

The goal is to create a shared space that supports local growers, with potential for future retail, workshops, and community events.

This could be a great fit if you’re:
✔ looking to expand without taking on full infrastructure costs
✔ interested in growing locally and connecting with customers
✔ starting something small and scalable

At this stage, we’re simply looking to connect and see who might be interested.

Welcome to Lilacopse Acres 🌾

Lilacopse Acres is an emerging prairie gathering place in Westlock County, built around the idea that strong communities grow through connection, learning, and shared experiences.

While our physical space is still in the early stages of development, we’re excited to begin bringing people together through workshops, learning opportunities, and community gatherings in the Westlock area.

Our long-term vision for Lilacopse Acres is to create a welcoming place where people can come together to learn new skills, share ideas, celebrate local food and agriculture, and build meaningful connections.

We’re just getting started, and we’re excited to invite the community to be part of the journey as this vision grows.
