Caregiver Support Group - You're Invited 💙

Join us for our next Caregiver Support Group, where caregivers can connect, share experiences, and support one another in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

This session, we'll also be joined by a navigator from the Alzheimer Society, who will be available to answer questions, share information about dementia and available supports, and connect caregivers with helpful resources.

Whether you're caring for a spouse, parent, family member, or friend, you're welcome to attend.
