SODA stands for Speaking Out for the Disabled Actively.

~Our vison is that people with disabilities can take part and participate in their community.
~We are committed to providing programs that support individuals with disabilities in taking part in their community.
~Our purpose is to enable individuals with disabilities to participate in meaningful community activities of their interest.
