Virden Variety 4-H Club

Yesterday 7 of our members took on the Provincial 4-H Rally in Brandon. Each member got to pick 2 workshops to attend (string art, cookie decorating, tie dye, archery, science, engines, crafts), opening parade of clubs & a tug of war to finish off the day. Members got to see old friends, meet new ones and have a fun day of learning. Even the parents/leaders look in some of the events.

Thank you to all the volunteers, sponsors and 4-H Manitoba for putting on another successful Rally in the area.

Tonight our club had our monthly meeting, after the meeting we had the privilege of having Meghan McKinnon do a presentation on speeches for us. Thank you Meghan.

Yesterday was show your 4-H colour day - we may have been a day late but our members showed up in green to show the their 4-H spirit.
