BC Poodle & Small Dog Rescue We rescue and re-home small breed dogs. Since August 2009 we have saved and found homes for over a hundred dogs from high-kill shelters in Southern California.

We network with rescues in LA and fly the dogs to Victoria to be adopted into forever homes.

Looking for a home in BC! These tiny pups were found in a dumpster in California by our friends at Wagmor Pets ❤️ — these two little survivors are now safe — but still waiting to be noticed.

The rescue is overcrowded, and tiny chihuahua mixes like these are being overlooked simply because there are so many in California.

We know our BC families would love them! 🇨🇦
Once adopters are found, they can be transported to Victoria or Vancouver very soon.

We’ve partnered with Wagmor Pet Rescue in California to help save dogs in urgent need. These dogs are currently in California and could come to BC once adoption arrangements are in place.

We’re so excited to announce a new partnership with an amazing California rescue to help save dogs in urgent need of homes! 🐶❤️

We’re still finalizing transport details, but adopters will likely need to travel to Vancouver for pickup.

For now, applications and adoption fees will go directly through the California rescue, Wagmor Pets Dog Rescue — but we will be working hand-in-hand with them to coordinate travel, guide local adopters through the process, and be here for ongoing support once the dogs arrive.

This partnership means more dogs will get a second chance — and we will be right here to make sure every step, from transport to transition, goes as smoothly as possible. 💕

Stay tuned for updates — some wonderful dogs will be ready for their new homes very soon!
