Come on down to Cadboro Bay today for music, a barbque and some fun lawn games for the kids between 11 and 3. The Resients Association, Dead Boats and Emergency Prepardness has a table and will be hosting an information scavenger hunt :)

Cadboro Bay Local Area Plan Update

As directed by Saanich Council, staff are currently exploring possibilities for expanding the Cadboro Bay Village Centre to include more opportunity for purpose built rental and forms of housing affordable to a broader range of incomes.

I am the program manager with the Greater Victoria Green Team- and we have an awesome series of events coming up to restore the forest at the UVic Queenswood Campus, which has been invaded by English Ivy. After a couple years absence planning is underway for the 15 year of Music in the Park concert series. Working with your local community associations to host music performances on Tuesday evenings from 6-8pm this summer. Cadboro Bay Local Area Plan Update - Process Update – March 2022

As a result of a motion at one of the council advisory committee meeting, the Mayor’s Standing Committee on Housing Affordability and Supply, a staff report will be presented at the March 14 Council Meeting seeking direction on how to proceed with the LAP planning process.

The report will identify options and implications of the request to examine a significant change to the Proposed Plan’s land use framework.
