It’s been quiet here for quite some time, and I owe everyone an update.

Unfortunately, I’ve made the difficult decision to stop development on PeerShare.

I tried incredibly hard to keep the project alive, but the development process did not come together the way it needed to, and I eventually reached a point where continuing was no longer realistic.

I’m genuinely sorry to everyone who followed the journey, shared the idea, offered feedback, or was excited to use PeerShare. Pulling the plug was not an easy decision, and I’m incredibly grateful for the support it received.

Since then, I’ve moved on to building other projects, including CrewedUp a platform helping workers and employers connect across the trades and heavy industry. This time, I’ve taught myself how to build the platform so I can personally keep improving it and moving it forward.

I still believe in the PeerShare idea, and hopefully one day I’ll be able to revisit it and build it properly myself.

Big news!

The PeerShare app has officially been submitted to the App Store & Play Store for review. Once approved, PeerShare will be available across Canada on iOS and Android 🙌

We can’t thank you enough for your patience while we worked through some bumps along the way. The wait is almost over!

PEERSHARE WEBSITE UPDATE Hi everyone just a quick update on when the new PeerShare website is going to be launched. The short answer is very soon! We should be up and running by the end of June. There are always little technical problems before you launch - we ran into a couple - nothing serious, but we wanted you to know that we're on track and that our brand new sharing platform is almost ready. We're really excited, we know you are too. We are also super encouraged by the sheer number of people who have signed up to be notified when PeerShare officially does go live. Which reminds me, if you want to be notified when the PeerShare community is online go to our website - PeerShare.ca - add your email and location in the boxes provided and smash the big green button that says ADD TO WAITLIST and you'll be good to go. It's getting real people! Almost there. Appreciate your patience and the good vibes :)

We're now at over 500 sign-ups! 🥳🥳 A platform like PeerShare is only as strong as its community, and we’ve been incredibly grateful for the support from every local group, business, and individual who’s shared, followed, or signed up so far!

To celebrate PeerShare getting closer and closer to launch (we’ve been adding new features and polishing things up, we're so close!), we’re doing another giveaway!

PeerShare is a brand new local platform where you can rent things to/from people nearby like tools, camping gear, services, even parking or storage. Think Facebook Marketplace, but for rentals.

Quick Update!

We’re so excited for the launch of PeerShare and grateful for all the support so far! Originally, we were aiming to launch by the end of April, but after adding a few important new features to make the platform even better and safer, we need a little extra time for testing.

We're now targeting mid-May for launch!
