Our members are cooking up hamburgers and hotdogs for the action packed lawnmower races at the Veemilion Ag Society grounds today. Slap on some sunscreen and come on down!

And that's a wrap....

What a great week of sheep and showing. Our club season is complete and the barn will rest until next year.

Thank you to the Vermilion Agricultural Society for the amazing facility. To the volunteers, parents, children and guests who set up, cleaned up, showed and simply stepped through to see the animals.

Congratulations to all the showers and those who placed.
Thank you for another amazing year.

We'll see you next year.

Part 5: Our Members

From Cleavers to Seniors, we have one of the greatest groups of kids. Full of energy, a love for animals, the excitement of showing and an understanding to "Learn to do by doing".

These members did it all, in the longest 4-H Club season in our district, maybe even the province.

🍀 They attended monthly meetings.
🍀 They attended events, from camps, workshops, shows, even online seminars.
🍀 They chose an animal.
🍀 They fed, cared, trained, washed,.groomed and finally showed them in the ring.

Our members left everything in the ring and didn't hold anything back. They helped each other, learning that volunteering doesn't just make them amazing individuals, it makes a great community with them in it.

Congratulations members for a successful year. Remember to thank your parents and families for all they did to get you where you are today.

Part 3: Thank you

To everyone who came to support our youth.
To all of our parents and family who guided us, hauled everything to and from the barn and encouraged us to smile.
To our buyers, you gave our members the bonus at the end of it all.
To the Webbs staff for the amazing supper.
To 840 CFCW for coming out to highlight our day and the interview on the Ag report.
To the Vermilion Agricultural Society for having a perfect barn to show in.
To our leaders, parents and all who helped put together our amazing event.
To our local businesses that were instrumental to its success.

Part 2: Alumni

Our club celebrated 50 years and it was so amazing to see alumni (members, leaders, parents and families) join us for the day. We even had 10 alumni get back into the ring. Let's say completion was tough, but the members hadn't lost their skills.

We had alumni involved all day. Our emcee was Charlene Carey, Judges Kaylie Lawrence, Andrew McCrae, Ring person Megan Krys, and long time running auctioneer Ed McCormack ( Jade McCormack ). Never a dull moment.

Visiting to reminiscing - about fun day was had by all.
