Health and wellbeing are about more than just physical health. They are also about having access to culturally appropriate food, staying connected to our culture, and having a strong sense of community.

For Inuit living in Southern Quebec, having a community-based space where we can come together, connect with one another, and practice our culture is very important.

Our culture, our community, and our wellbeing are all connected. Creating spaces where our people feel safe, supported, and connected to who we are is an important part of building a healthier community.

If you're an elder, we'd love to see you! Come by the office to enjoy some food, do some sewing, or simply relax and socialize with friends. Everyone is welcome—we can't wait to spend the day with you!
