LDS - Learn Develop Succeed LDS - Learn. Develop. Succeed. LDS is a growing, innovative, research-based nonprofit charity.

We serve children, youth, and adults with diagnosed or suspected learning differences like ADHD and dyslexia. We offer individualized, evidence-based programs that target each student’s learning needs. These programs are available throughout BC online, in our Learning Centres, at schools, and in our mobile classroom. Giving students the support they need when they need it leads to better life and

learning outcomes. We provide affordable programs so that all students can get the expert instruction they need. LDS students are developing confidence, meeting goals and realizing their full potential.

The official RISE to the Top buffs have arrived! 🎉

Designed by Carson Ting and Annika McFarlane, this year's exclusive buff celebrates the spirit of community, perseverance, and inclusion that brings us together for RISE to the Top. Every participant will receive a buff as part of their event experience as we come together to support neurodivergent youth across BC.

There’s still time to join us on Grouse Mountain and get a buff; whether you run, hike, or take the gondola to the summit, every step helps create more access, inclusion, and opportunity for learners and families in our community.

May is Leave a Legacy Month, a time to reflect on the lasting impact we can create for future generations. Legacy gifts play a vital role in ensuring that learners and families continue to receive the support they need to thrive.

At Learn. Develop. Succeed., we see every day how early support builds confidence, opens doors, and changes life trajectories. A legacy gift helps ensure that this work continues long into the future.

Every gift, regardless of size, creates a meaningful impact. Learn more through our webpage and blog post, and consider including the "Learning Disabilities Society of Greater Vancouver" (Learn. Develop. Succeed.) in your legacy plans.

Every learner is different, and the right support depends on where they are right now.

RISE One-to-One Instruction builds individualized skills in a focused, supportive setting. Small Group Instruction strengthens confidence, communication, and the ability to apply learning with peers.

Many families choose one program, or combine both, for a more holistic approach to growth.

How would you describe a caring workplace culture?

In this short clip from Why We Teach, Andrea shares her experience working at Learn. Develop. Succeed. and reflects on what makes the organization feel genuinely supportive.

After several years with the organization, she says the culture is built around care, respect, and supporting the individual needs of staff in meaningful ways.

Those kinds of environments make a lasting difference, not only for educators and staff, but for the students and communities they serve as well.
