The 78th Fraser Highlanders Assoc. of Vancouver In BC since 1981, Fort Fraser Garrison operates as an historical society with emphasis on the Seven

Raised in the Highlands of Scotland in 1757 and disbanded in Canada at the close of hostilities in 1763, the 78th Highland Regiment was reconstituted in Montreal in 1966 as an historical military society. Today's 78th Fraser Highlanders support youth charities and educational institutions with charitable associations in garrisons across Canada.
