June is National Indigenous History Month! This month, we take the time to recognize and celebrate the rich history, heritage, resilience, and diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Turtle Island and Inuit Nunangat.

It’s an opportunity to honour Indigenous voices, learn from their stories, and commit to a future where everyone is valued and heard.

We believe it’s time to break the silence and challenge the stigma surrounding menstrual health.

Every individual deserves equitable access to menstrual products and education. Menstruation is a natural part of life, yet many face barriers due to stigma, lack of resources, and misinformation.

Let’s break the taboo and create an inclusive community because your menstrual health matters.

📞💼 It may be National Receptionists Day… but we’d need a whole calendar month to capture everything Cara does!

She’s not just the friendly voice on the phone or the person who makes sure we never run out of paper clips (though she is that too). Cara is the glue that holds us together—the calm in the chaos, the master of the calendar, the keeper of office magic, and the one who always knows where that one thing is.

She keeps us in line, keeps us moving, and keeps us laughing.

💐 Today, we celebrate so much more than a receptionist—we celebrate the powerhouse who makes our days smoother, brighter, and way more organized.

Thank you, Cara. You truly are the real MVP. ❤️

🎉 Congratulations to our amazing Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVIT) team! 🎉

We’re thrilled to share that our CVIT volunteers were recently awarded Greater Sudbury’s Civic Award for Volunteerism in the Group category! 🏅 This honour recognizes their incredible dedication and impact through their voluntary contributions within the City of Greater Sudbury.

📸 Pictured (left to right): Debbie Ptretz, Soma Mahmoudi, and Rita Moore — three of the many compassionate individuals who help residents file their income taxes for free each year.

👏 Thank you for making our community stronger, more inclusive, and financially empowered. We’re so proud of you!
