Youth Legacy gives youth ages 12–29 the opportunity to strengthen communication, leadership, teamwork and conflict-management skills while connecting with positive mentors and their community.

PMAST offers Youth Legacy in partnership with SIYS - Struggle is Your Success and Off The Grid Youth , at no cost to youth.

If there’s a young person in your life who could benefit, reach out to PMAST. You don’t have to wait until they’re struggling to connect them with support.

A new month and school year often brings new routines and sometimes new pressures, too.

At PMAST, we want young people to know they don't have to navigate it all alone.

Our free youth programs offer a space to talk, build confidence, strengthen communication and conflict-management skills, and connect with people who care.

Whether it's school, work, family, friendships, or figuring out what's next, the right support can make a real difference.

Here's to a month of checking in, setting goals, and growing together.

With school almost back in session, we want to remind parents and caregivers to keep an eye on how the young people in their lives are adjusting.

Changes in friendships, new school pressures, conflict, confidence or communication can sometimes be easy to miss. We believe in being proactive and creating support before challenges become bigger.

In partnership with SIYS - Struggle is Your Success and Off The Grid Youth , PMAST offers Youth Legacy, a free program for youth ages 12–29 focused on confidence, communication, leadership, teamwork and conflict management.
If you have a young person who may benefit from some extra support or simply a positive space to build new skills and connections, please reach out to us. We’d be happy to share more information about the program.
