Recently, PMAST and had the opportunity to facilitate a program for young men under 18 at the Calgary Young Offender Centre.

We were inspired by the creativity, intelligence, and desire for growth these young men brought to the room.

Together, we explored communication, conflict management, accountability, and leadership through meaningful conversations and practical skill-building.

This experience was a reminder that young people are more than the circumstances that brought them to a particular moment in life.

When given the right tools, support, and opportunities, growth is possible.

PMAST is here to help support youth find their voice, and give them the confidence to use it!

This past Friday, a small group of youth
closed out the Youth Legacy Program.

Real conversations, honest reflection, and progress
you could see.

They practiced:
- speaking up without shutting down
- handling conflict without avoiding it
- taking ownership of their choices
- thinking beyond what’s expected

We’re proud to be part of Youth Fusion Week.

For five days, youth ages 13–18 step into real conversations, real skills, and real growth.

PMAST leads sessions on:
• communication
• conflict resolution
• leadership
• entrepreneurship

This is where youth learn how to speak up, handle challenges, and turn ideas into action.
