Our Story

The Commons at Osborne Bay is a new project located in beautiful Crofton, British Columbia. It is planned not just to be a development, but a new community where homes have been designed to appeal to every demographic, whether family, empty nester, even snowbird. While larger homes will be available the emphasis of the development is “small space living” but small spaces that will include all the features we have come to expect from today’s fast paced lifestyle. The Commons at Osborne Bay is modelled after a pocket community, a popular trend sweeping all corners of North America. Focusing on smaller homes and the creation of shared communal areas that promote social activities and homes with smaller square footage and large porch areas, encouraging time spent outside with a focal point around a greenspace.
