About the zoom sessions: Join our zoom session with Lynne on Sunday. After sharing a theme or short meditation we have the opportunity to engage in a felt conversation. Perhaps there are themes or questions bubbling up in you regarding the way you are experiencing Life: ask Lynne, share in a larger, sacred space, and see where the conversation takes us. Many of us find this time very grounding and a wonderful practice of putting awakening into words. The freedom to share, discover, and practice finding words for our various experiences is rare and energizing.

In Side Out: Every Saturday we have the opportunity to drop into our bodies, and learning, more deeply.
