Thank you to everyone who joined us for last night's screening of Something to Hold Onto at The Duke’s Public House!
It was a meaningful evening as we came together to watch this short film about eating disorder recovery and the power of peer support. It was also a wonderful way to recognize Global Peer Support Celebration Day and the important role peer support plays in eating disorder recovery.
We’re so grateful to everyone who attended and helped make the evening special. A heartfelt thank you to Taylor Olson for creating this film, the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia for funding the project, Catherine Armour and Nina Jollymore-Ward for sharing their story as our featured mentor-mentee duo, Jordi Morgan for emceeing, and The Duke’s Public House for hosting us.
Couldn't make it last night? Join us for a virtual screening of Something to Hold Onto on November 2 from 7 - 8 p.m. Atlantic. Register here: https://buff.ly/nKTkS0k
