May 4-10 marks Canada’s National Mental Health Week, a time to pause, reflect, and support one another.

At PCSG-WW, we see every day how prostate cancer and its treatments can impact not only those diagnosed, but also their partners, families, and caregivers. No one should have to navigate that journey alone.

This week, let’s come together to build stronger connections and support better mental health.

If you or someone you love could use support, we’re here for you. Join a support group, share your story, or simply connect with others who understand.

A simple blood test could save your life.

A PSA test is one of the most effective ways to help detect prostate cancer early, when treatment options can be most successful.

If you’re a man aged 45 or older, talk to your healthcare provider about establishing your PSA baseline. It’s a small step that can have a life-changing impact.

Our support group originated over 12 years ago, when three men were seeking local support after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Since then, this group has grown into a compassionate community, supporting hundreds of men and their loved ones through every stage of the journey. Their courage helped build a space where no one has to face prostate cancer alone.
