Thank you everyone who came out to the Winter Rapid last week! We had 26 players coming from all over! Congratulations to for taking home first place 🥇A big thank you to ATMA for sponsoring the event! All the money from this event will be going to purchasing chess clocks so we can continue to run tournaments in Truro. Detailed round results have been emailed to participants along with a feedback form. If you haven’t received them, please reach out. 📸

It’s been 292 days since three strangers met to play over the board chess. Now we are planning our second tournament in Truro for February 7th, 2026. So many people have been a part of making Truro Chess Club happen. Big thank you to everyone involved ❤️
