4:00pm - The doors will open for socialisation and set up.
5:00pm - Ritual will begin. The doors will be locked at that time and you will not be allowed in.
6:00pm - Feast will directly follow the ritual.
7:30pm - cleaning up.
8:00pm - We all depart with Merry Meet, Merry Part and Merry Meet Again.

The Hub is located at 70 Canuck Ave in Downsview Park.
It is FULLY accessible to those with mobility issues and has an accessible washroom. Parking is Free.
If coming by TTC, the nearest intersection is Keele and Sheppard Avenue West. It's a 2 minute walk from the intersection.
Feel free to bring ritual robes to change into.
All Open and Public Sabbat Rituals in Toronto include a Pot-Luck Feast, so please bring something you can share with others.
Please bring a card with the ingredients to ensure the health and safety of participants.
Please also bring your own cup, cutlery, and plate, as we do not offer single use feasting supplies.
Due to the fact that there is no kitchen, you will also be required to take your used feasting items home with you without having been washed, so please plan accordingly.

Come in through the front outer doors and inner doors, and place outdoor footwear in the trays provided at the front door. You’re welcome to bring indoor footwear for your comfort.
Feel free to bring ritual robes to change into. You are welcome to wear your ritual robes.
Please ensure that you bring your own reusable plate, cup and cutlery to partake in the feast.
When bringing a feast dish to share, please label it. You don’t have to write the recipe but the ingredients so those with food allergies or dietary restrictions can make good choices.
At the venue, feast should be restricted to finger foods that do not need to be heated. As we have limited use of the venue kitchen.(fridge & microwave available)

Celebrate Lammas with the New Wiccan Church - Canada (Oshawa)!

Doors will open at 5:30pm for socialization and set up.
Ritual will start promptly at 6:15pm.
Doors will be locked at that time.

Feast will directly follow the ritual.
Please ensure that you bring your own reusable plate, cup and cutlery if you wish to partake in the feast. There is a kitchen to warm up feast food. Please be respectful of others needing to heat as well, and precook your foods beforehand. There will be outlets for crock-pots.
At 8:30pm is cleaning up.

The NWC-CANADA is not responsible for cleaning up after you. There is no change room at this location but there are bathrooms to change.
