And that’s a wrap on Qibla Summer Day Camp!
What better way to end an amazing summer than with our Closing Awards Ceremony! 🏆

Our campers worked so hard to prepare incredible skits, performances, speeches, and presentations, and it was amazing to see their creativity, confidence, and teamwork shine on stage! 🎭🎤
Special thanks to MP Judy Sgro for presenting our staff’s certificates!

And of course, our counsellors were beyond excited to recognize some of our amazing campers with awards for their effort, leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork, and all the little things that made camp so special. A huge thank you to Diyanet Canada for attending and their continuous support for Qibla Foundation!

From the first day to the final award, we’re so proud of everything our campers accomplished this summer.
Thank you to all our campers, counselors, staff, sponsors, and families for making Qibla Summer Day Camp one to remember!

ATTENTION ALL SENIORS!!

Qibla Foundation is excited to announce our new Pearls for Protection: Senior’s Exercise Circle. This will be a FREE beginner friendly exercise class, with the supervision of qualified instructors, demonstrating simple but beneficial movements to help keep you moving strong throughout the day! This program will be held at the gym of Derrydown Public School (120 Derrydown Road, North York).

The sessions will be on Tuesdays from 10AM to 12PM starting on July 28th. There will be 3 sessions throughout the summer with refreshments provided each week. The dates can be found below:
-Tuesday July 28th
-Tuesday August 4th
-Tuesday August 11th

This program is free of charge and all equipment will be provided! All exercises will be easy for beginners with the goal of fall prevention, maintaining independence, and decreasing pain.

Alhamdulillah, we’ve officially completed Week 2 of our Summer Day Camp! ☀️

From an exciting Camp Carnival to celebrating Culture Day, learning in our Hijab Workshop, and so many other fun and meaningful activities, our campers have had an unforgettable 2 weeks!

And we’re not done yet! Get ready for more exciting activities, field trips, and unforgettable memories ahead.

Please note that the Takbirat will begin 30 mins before each Salah.
