In its 7th year, the Toronto Dragon Festival transformed Nathan Phillips Square into a captivating venue celebrating Chinese culture and heritage. As part of the festivities, cultures from around the world also came together to share in the celebration. The Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) was proud to be part of a high-fashion runway showcasing Philippine-inspired designs.

Modelling alongside live performances by Jazmin, Shamira, and Andrea, the PCCF beauties proudly showcased the traditional Mestiza dress.

A job well done to our Little Miss Philippines Canada entourage: Rhaelee, Kriselda, Sia, Krystelle, Raeschelle, and Rocel; our Miss & Miss Teen group: Shanna, Sofia, Madison, Shamira, Jennifer, Jazmin, and Andrea; and our Mrs. Philippines Canada group: Arlene, Merlette, Erlita, and Luz. They were proudly joined by PCCF President Rosemer Enverga.

The event featured an exciting lineup of performances and activities, including the traditional Lion Dance, cultural performances from the Chinese community, a special performance by Robots!, and greetings from Mayor Olivia Chow. Guests also enjoyed a variety of delicious offerings from the many food vendors on site.

Congratulations to the organizers of the Toronto Dragon Festival on another amazing celebration! PCCF was honoured to be part of this wonderful event that brought cultures and communities together in the heart of Toronto.

The Toronto Diversity Festival at Sankofa Square (formerly known as Yonge-Dundas Square) was a true celebration of the many cultures that make Toronto the amazing city we know and love!

The Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) was proud to represent the Philippines, bringing Filipino-inspired music and fashion to the stage.

A special shoutout to our amazing pageant entourage: Merrylette, Hannah, Madison, Rhaelee, Kriselda, Maxine, Brianna, Athena, Scarlett, and Rocel! You all helped make the celebration extra special.

Congratulations to the organizers on yet another successful and fun-filled celebration! We’re proud to have been part of such a wonderful showcase of diversity, culture, and community.

PCCF Walk for a Cause and Donates $7,500 to ANCOP CANADA in Toronto & Ottawa!

For over 15 years, the Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) has donated to various beneficiaries including ANCOP. ANCOP stands for Answering the Cry of the Poor and is dedicated to uplifting the lives of poor around the world including the Philippines and Africa.

Representatives of PCCF included Noemi Milanes, Merrylette - Mrs. Philippines Canada 2026 candidate, Rhaelee Gavina - Little Miss Philpipines Canada 2026 candidate, Rystle Enverga, Rocel Enverga, Reeza Panganiban & Eric Panganiban and Rodel Gavina.

For the first time, we had a PCCF representative participate in the ANCOP Walk in Ottawa - great job Janica!

A big congratulations to the organizers of ANCOP for organizing yet another successful event.

PCCF's enduring support for ANCOP reflects a shared mission to uplift the lives of the poor, not just in Canada but especially in the Philippines. Over the years, PCCF has contributed to numerous ANCOP projects, including the establishment of the PCCF ANCOP Village in Caloocan City, a haven for 33 families impacted by leprosy. During PCCF’s most recent humanitarian visit to the Philippines, the foundation also funded a scholarship program, enabling promising but underprivileged 10 students to pursue for 4 years their academic dreams.
“Our commitment to ANCOP is rooted in our belief that every individual deserves a chance at a better life,” said President Rosemer Enverga. “Whether it’s building a safe home or funding a child’s education, we are proud to be part of a mission that brings real, lasting change.”
The ANCOP Walk serves not only as a fundraising event but also as a celebration of hope, unity, and the power of giving. PCCF extends its heartfelt thanks to all participants, volunteers, and donors who braved the heat and gave generously to the cause.
